We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.  About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Finance Co-op Student to join our team and gain hands-on experience in corporate finance operations. This role provides exposure to ERP systems and opportunities to develop analytical, reporting, and process improvement skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing and portal uploads. Support vendor invoice reviews and payment processing. Prepare tax-related documentation and assist with compliance activities. Contribute to internal controls and process documentation. Help with financial reporting, reconciliations, and data clean-up in ERP systems. Participate in ad hoc projects related to finance process improvements, data analysis, and reporting initiatives. Your bring to the role: 3rd or 4th year student in Business, accounting, finance. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong MS Office skills. Compensation: Range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour At Hatch, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
