Job Title: Contract Manager – Payments Compliance & Partner OnboardingLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: ContractRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support our Payments Compliance Program, with a strong focus on partner onboarding. This role works closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure third-party partners are onboarded efficiently while meeting all regulatory, legal, and payments-industry requirements.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the payments or fintech space, understands compliance-driven contracting, and can manage multiple partner onboarding workstreams in a remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for payments and fintech partnersSupport partner onboarding by coordinating contract reviews, approvals, and executionEnsure contracts align with payments compliance requirements and internal policiesWork closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Security teams on third-party due diligenceTrack contract status, onboarding milestones, risks, and dependenciesMaintain audit-ready documentation for compliance and regulatory reviewsIdentify contract or onboarding bottlenecks and drive process improvementsSupport ongoing partner compliance, renewals, amendments, and terminationsRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience as a Contract Manager in payments, fintech, or financial servicesStrong understanding of payments compliance and third-party risk requirementsExperience supporting partner onboarding or vendor management programsProven experience working with Legal and Compliance teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders in a remote settingNice to HaveExperience with payment processors, PSPs, card networks, or issuing/acquiring modelsFamiliarity with compliance frameworks and regulations (PCI DSS, AML/KYC, SOC 2)Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools or workflow platformsExperience supporting audits or regulatory inquiriesWhy This RoleHigh-impact role within a regulated payments environmentOpportunity to improve and scale partner onboarding processesFully remote, contract-based flexibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
