Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, internal communications, and document preparation. Mail & Courier Handling: Help receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and prepare and track outgoing shipments. Office Supplies: Monitor inventory and assist with ordering, organising and distributing supplies. Uniform Coordination: Organise, track, distribute, and maintain the documentation of staff uniforms. Event Support: Coordinate office social events and activities and assist in arranging and organising corporate level events. Travel Assistance: Assist with booking travel and tracking related expenses. Fleet Support: Provide support for fleet movements and monitor related expenses. Team Collaboration: Support team members to support various projects and tasks as requested Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma required; post‑secondary coursework in Business Administration is an asset. 2‑3 years of experience in an office or customer service environment preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions Office‑based role with regular interaction with staff and guests. Use of computers and office equipment required. Some heavy lifting may be required May involve repetitive tasks and extended periods of sitting and standing. Occasional overtime may be requested.
