Responsibilities Proactively develop new business opportunities. Build and nurture long‑term strategic alliances that deliver bottom‑line profit. Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline. Manage large‑scale contract negotiations and close new business with integrity and a service‑driven approach. Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a BDM or B2B sales role, ideally selling products. Strong organisational skills with a problem‑solving attitude. Confident to work independently. Ability to improve performance through gathering and analysing information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team‑player who collaborates effectively cross‑functionally and with customers. Expected to source own leads and identify best prospects as you grow in the role.
