Manage, mentor, and coach District Business Development Managers to enhance sales capability and performance. Oversee trade investments, collections, and account servicing to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Conduct regular business reviews, assess key metrics, and recommend data-driven actions for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years in sales, including at least 3 years in Modern Trade or Key Account Management, with proven leadership experience. Strong capability in business planning, data analysis, and sales forecasting. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with CRM or business analytics tools is an advantage.
