We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of driving innovation to enhance user experience and optimize efficiency in dynamic environments.Now is your chance to join our team to make a lasting impact as a Systems Specialist.This position requires full-time on-site presence.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and optimize Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 and related collaboration toolsManage and enhance endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune and SCCMDeploy and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure for scalable remote accessBuild and maintain secure, standardized OS images and software packagesCollaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce endpoint protection and compliance policiesLead or contribute to IT projects such as hardware refreshes, OS upgrades, and application rolloutsDocument technical procedures and contribute to internal knowledge basesMentor junior IT staff and provide Tier 3 escalation supportPartner with business units to deliver timely, process-driven tech solutions aligned with ITIL standardsStay current with EUC trends and recommend suggestions for improvementsQualificationsEducation Required: A university degree, college diploma or a related discipline3-8 years of experience in IT Environments (Systems)Knowledge/Experience in: Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and SCCMKnowledge/Experience in Cloud Platforms such as AzureEffective customer service and communication skillsStrong attention to detail while being able to pivot to changing prioritiesWork well in a collaborative environmentBonus:ITIL Foundations CertificationSix Sigma – Yellow Belt CertificationAbout the TeamThe belief that what people experience matters more than technology is part of our foundational core.
