Apply today and become part of the PSC familyResponsibilitiesDrives safety, environmental, and operational performance through clear goals and effective systems.Develops employees through servant leadership, coaching, and mentoring.Build strong relationships with both employees and customer leaders through communication and trust.Ensures compliance with site procedures and completes additional assigned duties.Minimum QualificationsExperience in leading (supervising / managing) teamsIndustry experience is a plusThis is a safety-sensitive position.
