The Site Supervisor will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for the daily on-site construction work.ResponsibilitiesMaintain the project scheduleMaintain site organizationComplete on-site tasksManage on-site trades day-to-day tasksReview Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical drawingsOrder materials and equipment from suppliers/trades for building productionProvide status reports or project milestones and schedule adjustments to the Project ManagerAttend project team meetings as requiredRequired Knowledge and Skills5+ years of construction experienceExperience and knowledge of the construction processAbility to read construction drawings and specificationsProficient verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills in communicating in a team environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsExperience with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft ProjectKnowledge of the Ontario Building CodeWHMISWorking at HeightsJob TypesFull-time, PermanentSchedule8-hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayLicenseWorkplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) (Preferred)Work remotelyNo #J-18808-Ljbffr
