Overview

Luxury custom home builder looking to hire a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for the daily on-site construction work.

Responsibilities

- Maintain the project schedule
- Maintain site organization
- Complete on-site tasks
- Manage on-site trades day-to-day tasks
- Review Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical drawings
- Order materials and equipment from suppliers/trades for building production
- Provide status reports or project milestones and schedule adjustments to the Project Manager
- Attend project team meetings as required

Required Knowledge and Skills

- 5+ years of construction experience
- Experience and knowledge of the construction process
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills in communicating in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
- WHMIS
- Working at Heights

Job Types

- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

License

- Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) (Preferred)
