Follow up post-install to confirm comfort, satisfaction, and long-term value. What You Bring 2–5 years in residential or home-improvement sales (HVAC experience is a strong asset). A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets ethically. A communication style that builds trust—clear, confident, and professional. CRM discipline and strong organizational instincts. Flexibility for some evening/weekend appointments based on customer schedules. Valid Ontario G driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Compensation & Schedule This role is 100% commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential — top performers typically make between $60,000 and $200,000+ annually through commissions and bonuses. Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekend flexibility as needed. Numbers can be adjusted depending on Maple Air’s final offer.
