Airmax Technologies is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Airmax Residential Air handlers and Glow Brand boiler systems. Airmax specializes in hydronic heating systems. We offer hydronic air handlers with prepackaged zone controls for optimal occupant comfort. Glow Brand Boilers are a highly efficient and reliable compliment to our Air handlers, but also can be use for Domestic hot water via a combi unit or stand-a-lone configurations.

Airmax is looking for talented and experiences salespeople to join our growing team.

As an **Outside Sales Representative** in the residential HVAC market, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the business in your assigned territory. You will be responsible for driving sales through hunting potential clients (prospecting), cultivating new accounts, as well as maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers.

**Territories**: Southwestern Ontario, GTA, Eastern Ontario

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively prospect new potential clients within your assigned territory including but not limited to:

- Property developers
- Wholesalers & Distributors
- Architects, Engineers & designers
- General Contractors
- Installing Contractors - Sheet Metal, Mechanical, Plumbers, etc.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Regularly visit Customer locations and job sites.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Work with Inside sales team to process orders and coordinate deliveries,
- Provide accurate information on products and services, including technical information, training resources, pricing and product availability.
- Collaborate with the internal team to track prospects, quotes, quantity estimation and orders to ensure efficient sales cycle management.

**Qualifications**:

- Min 5 Years experience in technical sales.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
- Position requires a general knowledge of the residential HVAC including both single dwelling and multi-family construction.
- Previous technical experience with HVAC or related equipment will be an asset.
- Previous exposure to residential construction is an asset.
- Strong sales acumen, with demonstrated experience in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong English language and Communication skills required
- Experience in customer outreach and cold calling.
- Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in computer tools and sales management software.
- Position requires visiting active jobsites.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Must reside in assigned territory

**Education**:
Min 2 year college degree in a Technical field.
