We distribute all major brands of HVAC controls under one roof.More than a Supplier… A SolutionIn addition to products and parts support, we also offer retrofit services, start-up services, telephone and on-site technical support, engineering design, panel assembly, technical drawings/wiring diagrams, and software programming.For 40 years, ProKontrol has shown consistent growth with locations in Laval, Longueuil, Quebec, Toronto, Ottawa, and Halifax, in addition to our combustion facilities.We are looking to fill the following position:Interested in a career with the ProKontrol team?Please send your resume to: cv@Prokontrol.comCollaborate with the management team to establish sales objectives and a development planExecute the development plan and maximize business opportunities within the assigned territoryMaintain strong customer relationships aligned with ProKontrol’s customer approachSolicit customers, analyze customer data, and maintain the customer databasePrepare and lead customer presentations (engineering firms, contractors, etc.)Meet customers and assess their needsEstimate projects (equipment, ProKontrol services, subcontractors) based on specifications and tendersPrepare and/or review quotes as requiredPresent quotes to customersPrepare project “extras,” submit quotes, and coordinate additional services with the Project CoordinatorInform customers about new products and service offeringsPrepare and propose maintenance contracts when requiredDocument customer interactions and update CRM recordsSupport and facilitate follow-ups on marketing campaignsRefer customers to other team members when neededAssist in identifying customers for mass mailingsPerform other related tasksStay current on new products and technologiesRequirementsCollege degree in Building Systems or Management with relevant experience5 to 8 years of experience in HVAC control/regulation combined with sales experienceExperience with Business CentralExperience working for a multi-site employerBilingual – an assetStrong knowledge of office software and operating systems (Windows, Excel)Skilled in the use of modern technology (electronic planner, etc.)Professional appearance at all timesInitiativeStrong learning abilityTeam playerLeadershipSolution-oriented mindsetMotivated by achieving sales objectivesMust have access to a clean, well-maintained vehicleValid driver’s license required (site visits and client meetings; remote work available)We OfferCompetitive incentive packageFull benefits plan including telemedicine, disability insurance, dental and supplemental health insuranceSick days and personal daysParking, kitchen, and complimentary beveragesOpportunity for growth within the companyPersonalized trainingPermanent • Full-time • Based in MarkhamSalary range: $85,000–$105,000/year + potential commissions #J-18808-Ljbffr
