With proven project management expertise, this individual will lead and manage end-to-end client onboarding initiatives within the RBCIS Client Onboarding Team to deliver a superior client onboarding experience for new and existing RBCIS clients. This includes independently managing a variety of moderately complex client facing onboarding initiatives ensuring clients’ needs are met, effectively using key project principles and tools, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across RBCIS and RBC. This role ultimately facilitates all aspects of the onboarding initiative to ensure a smooth and successful client onboarding experience for our clients via leadership and accountability throughout the end-to-end onboarding journey, leveraging the project toolkit and providing thought leadership. What will you do? Lead a variety of end-to-end client onboarding projects, accountable for the ultimate success of each initiative Deliver an exceptional client experience, putting the client at the centre, for all assigned onboarding initiatives Partner and collaborate with stakeholders across RBCIS and RBC to ensure a smooth and successful client onboarding experience Utilize a standardized project management approach for all onboarding and transition initiatives, including project framework, internal and client facing artefacts, KPIs & reporting, governance and communications/status updates Drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle by working with the larger team and partnering with stakeholders Conduct projects in accordance with RBC’s standard project management discipline, consistently following Project Management methodology and principles Develop a detailed understanding of the RBC Investor Services environment Promote a culture of teamwork & collaboration What do you need to succeed?
