Dawn InfoTek Inc. is a professional IT consulting team that partners with major financial institutions, investment firms and government sectors. We have been dedicated to delivering cutting-edge consulting services and recruiting all levels of IT positions for our clients.
We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the permanent role of **Project Manager (Onboarding)** to join the dynamic team for our client.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attend daily customer onboarding meetings and proactively identify and communicate any blockers and/or red flags to external stakeholders via Customer Success and to relevant internal groups
- Host project meetings to solve blockers, summarize and follow up action items and bring the projects to succeed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and update project timelines in consideration of customers’ requirements and internal engineering capacity
- Assist Customer Success team with project triple constraint negotiations as needed
- Proactively manage project timelines and ensure critical path items are prioritized by product managers during sprint planning
- Actively maintain customer onboarding project workbook to document customer’s specific requirements and update RAID logs to bring alignments among internal stakeholders
- Embrace Agile methodology and handle scope changes efficiently
- Identify project risks and facilitate recommendations to improve the onboarding process
**Qualifications**:
- **3+ years** of experience in a Project Management role and/or PMP certified
- Experience with any of the major cloud platforms, **AWS **preferred
- Knowledge or hands on experience of **modern full stack** and **machine learning** preferred
- Concise communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency with **JIRA/Atlassian** products and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**Nice-To-Have**:
- Related experience in the media industry is an asset
**Education**:
- University Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
**Salary**: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
