Job Description:

Relevant de la Vice-Présidente Expérience client et partenaires, vous serez le ou la principal(e) porteur(se) d’une fonction métier au sein de la Première Vice-Présidence Stratégie, Expérience client et marketing. À ce titre, vous exercerez un rôle d’influence et de stratégie auprès de la haute direction en ce qui a trait au suivi et au développement des initiatives stratégiques de Beneva.

Vous contribuerez à des réflexions stratégiques entourant l’exécution des ambitions d’un secteur de l’organisation et serez un acteur ou une actrice clé dans leur mise en œuvre.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

  • Agir à titre d’agent ou d’agente de liaison privilégié(e) d’une fonction métier dans le cadre de la transformation centrée client.

  • Accompagner une fonction métier dans la planification et la mise en œuvre de l’approche intégrée centrée client et partenaires afin de concrétiser la proposition de valeur de l’entreprise.

  • Collaborer à la mise en œuvre de projets de transformation centrée client et partenaire auprès d’une fonction métier.

  • Participer à l’atteinte des objectifs des programmes soutenant le virage centré client.

  • Participer activement à divers comités internes, dont certains composés de membres de la haute direction, à titre de représentant(e) de la Vice-Présidence exécutive Stratégie, expérience client et marketing.

  • Apporter un rôle-conseil stratégique sur des initiatives à grande échelle, en appui à la mise en œuvre du plan stratégique de Beneva et à la transformation d’un secteur d’affaires.

  • Développer une compréhension fine de la réalité d’affaires de l’organisation.

  • Rester à l’affût des tendances de l’industrie et s'en inspirer pour proposer de nouvelles approches et solutions.

Vos talents et vos qualifications :

  • Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent (administration des affaires, actuariat ou autre).

  • Expérience pertinente de 5 à 10 ans, notamment dans un rôle de stratégie marketing.

  • Connaissance approfondie de l’industrie de l’assurance et des services financiers.

  • Connaissance du domaine de l'assurance de dommages.

  • Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise
