**Job Description**:
Le directeur principal - Expérience client et partenaire relève du vice-président - Expérience client et partenaire. Il dirige la mise en place du programme d’expérience client ainsi que la stratégie clientèles. Il fixe les objectifs permettant de définir et d'implanter une expérience client à la fois cohérente, unique et mémorable.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
Volet - Expérience client et fidélisation:
- Assurer la mise en place du programme d’expérience client et de son écosystème.- Assurer et intégrer une expérience client unique et mémorable au parcours du client.- Promouvoir une culture centrée client incluant les volets d’apprentissage et d’amélioration continue au sein de ses équipes et dans tous les secteurs de l’entreprise.- Cultiver la collaboration au sein des équipes en mettant l’accent sur la satisfaction et l’amélioration de l’expérience client.- Mobiliser ses équipes et ses partenaires internes vers l’atteinte d’une expérience client extraordinaire à chaque évènement.- Assurer une vigie de la concurrence en matière d’expérience client.- Participer à différents comités internes ou externes.

Volet - Recherche et connaissance client:
- Orienter la vision et les activités des travaux de recherche marketing et d’intelligence marché de l’organisation.- Veiller à la socialisation de la voix du client au sein de l’organisation.

Vos talents et vos qualifications:
- Études universitaires de 2
- _e_ cycle en affaires (MBA) ou l’équivalent en combinaison études/expérience de travail- Expérience en lien avec la gestion des clientèles, du marketing, de l’expérience client ou d'un centre de relation client- Expérience de travail de 10 ans et plus dans un poste de gestion- Connaissance du domaine de l’assurance- Expertise avec les progiciels de sondages (atout)- Connaissance des méthodologies Safe et Agil (atout)- Expérience d’évaluation de ROI, de feuilles de route et d’analyse des besoins (atout)
