À titre de Conseiller expert, vous utiliserez vos aptitudes marquées pour les relations interpersonnelles et votre esprit stratégique pour soutenir la Vice-Présidente Expérience client et partenaire dans la réalisation de mandats ou de dossiers stratégiques d’une grande complexité et agissez à titre d’expert auprès des directions principales et leurs gestionnaires.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

Exercer un rôle-conseil auprès de la Vice-présidente dans la réalisation des mandats sous sa responsabilité, notamment dans la détermination des orientations stratégiques, la documentation et l’analyse complexe, la mobilisation des ressources ainsi que la cohérence des efforts d’amélioration et de performance de l’équipe

Assurer la coordination et l’élaboration de divers dossiers spéciaux en collaboration avec les autres vice-présidences de l’équipe

Coordonner les différents comités assurant la gouvernance des activités de la Vice-présidence Expérience client et partenaire ainsi que leurs contenus

Soutenir les directeurs principaux dans différents projets

Vos talents et vos qualifications :

Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent

Expérience de 10 ans et plus, dont 3 à 5 ans expérience pertinente dans un rôle de conseiller en stratégie

Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise
