Our mission is to be a leading intermediate gold producer, driving responsible and profitable mining in a way that creates sustainable value for our employees, shareholders, the communities in which we live and work and our environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecuting condition based monitoring inspectionsPerforming world class asset lubrication techniquesEquipment troubleshootingAsset maintenance both on surface and undergroundEffectively communicating with all levels of the organizationProviding feedback to reliability personnel regarding equipment strategy documents and improvement opportunitiesQualificationsRed Seal Millwright CertificationExperience on a mine site maintaining milling, crushing, conveying, and pumping equipmentUnderstanding of reliability tools and techniquesKnowledge of world class lubrication and oil sampling techniquesPreference Will Be Given To Candidates WithExperience working in an underground mineA complimentary trade ticket i.e. Welder/FabricatorExperience using condition‑based monitoring techniquesMachinery Lubricant TrainingOther mechanical trade education. E.g., Diploma, certificateExperience working as a crew lead hand or supervisor, or in maintenance planningExperience working with SAP or other CMMSOther RequirementsSuccessful completion of pre‑placement functional screenProvide proof of a valid Class 5/7N driver’s licenseDemonstrate eligibility to work in CanadaProvide confirmation of valid educational requirementsCompensationThe anticipated salary for this position will be between $108,000 to $120,000. A comprehensive benefits program and performance bonus plan will also be provided.
