**Requirements**:

- Hold a Red Seal Certification
- Knowledge of Residential Construction
- Experienced working with roof trusses
- Fall arrest and manlift tickets
- Knowledge of site safety, tools and equipment, materials and specifications.
- Siding experience is an asset
- Organizational skills that allow for prioritization and time management
- A team player attitude and the ability to work well with others
- Familiar with BC Building Code
- Ensure worksite is kept clean and orderly
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada with no restrictions.
