Customer Care Representative – Connect Hearing Canada Location: Calgary, Alberta Reporting to: Regional Clinic Manager Responsibilities Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and by email Scheduling appointments and organizing files for the clinic’s Hearing Care Professionals Managing and maintaining client accounts while building relationships Working with insurance companies to ensure successful third‑party billing operations Assisting with cleanings and minor in‑clinic device repairs – training provided Benefits $20/hour starting wage for full‑time employment Extended health benefits package from day one Three weeks vacation to start, increasing with tenure Six days of personal time in your first year Additional days off, including your birthday Monday‑Friday business hours Eligible for monthly bonus Growth and development opportunities, including education sponsorship Qualifications Strong communication and customer‑service skills Experience or willingness to work on and reconcile accounts receivable Alignment with our value of helping others “Can‑do” attitude, a love of learning, and passion for growing knowledge Apply If you are willing to learn and commit to excellence, apply today.
