Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner — Hybrid As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner, you will report to the Manager of Compensation, Job Design, and Talent and play a pivotal role partnering with hiring managers to attract and retain the best talent. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with HRBP, hiring managers, and key partners to understand unique business and talent needs. Build candidate pipelines for existing and new roles throughout Canada. Identify and engage passive candidates via data mining in Canon’s ATS, LinkedIn, and other sources. Conduct full-cycle recruitment process including phone screens, interviews, intake meetings, developing scorecards, and preparing and presenting offer letters. Update the ATS promptly to meet reporting deadlines. Support Human Resources Business Partners with administrative duties. To Succeed, You Will Need Fluency in French and English. Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience. Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. Ability to write attractive job descriptions and source resumes to achieve quality results. Substantial project and process management skills to manage requisition process from start to finish. Excellent analytical skills for data extraction and analysis from ATS. Refined time management to balance around 20 open requisitions and the needs of hiring managers and candidates. Why Join?
