Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Position Type: Full-time Compensation: $150-175K Work Environment: Hybrid to start, mostly remote after We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen our cloud infrastructure, improve deployment workflows, and help our teams ship faster with confidence. You’ll take ownership of AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability across a multi-product platform. If you’re passionate about scale, automation, and DevOps excellence, this is a high-impact role with real influence. What You’ll Do Own and improve CI/CD pipelines across all services (CircleCI, GitHub Actions). Scale and optimize AWS infrastructure (ECS, EKS, Lambda, networking). Drive Terraform-based IaC and environment consistency. Build automation that removes manual processes and deployment friction. Strengthen monitoring, alerting, and on-call readiness (Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus). Partner with backend, web, mobile, and security teams to design reliable, efficient systems. Create runbooks, documentation, and best practices for operational excellence. Participate in on-call rotation and lead post-incident improvements. What You Bring 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering. Deep experience with Helm. Solid experience with Terraform and modern CI/CD tooling. Strong understanding of cloud security, DevSecOps, and compliance. Familiarity with microservices (Rails, Node.js, Kotlin, Elixir). Strong communication and a collaborative mindset. Passion for automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
