The National Life, Disability & Wellness Team is looking for a self‑motivated Bilingual Calculation Analyst, who thrives on delivering value, is customer‑obsessed, and excited to work with a small yet dynamic team. They will have a good understanding of group disability contract language and the impact various sources of income have on disability benefits. Strong mathematical and negotiation skills are required. Position Responsibilities Calculate and code offsets and the adjusted LTD benefit in Navigator. Inform Plan Member of the overpayment amount with clear explanations both verbally and in writing. Follow‑up with Plan Member for reimbursement of overpayment and negotiate an acceptable repayment plan when necessary. Proceed with claim recoveries in Navigator. Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec. Required Qualifications Strong customer service focus; ability to be empathetic while delivering sometimes difficult messages. Strong math skills. Very comfortable with Office 365; most notably Excel and Word. Able to read and interpret group insurance contracts and apply their provisions. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French to support clients from various provinces outside of Québec. Strong negotiation skills. A capacity for constant learning from both success and failure. Open to change and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Navigator is an asset.
