Bilingual Disability Calculation Analyst

Position SummaryThe National Life, Disability & Wellness Team is looking for a self-motivated Bilingual Calculation Analyst, who thrives on delivering value, is customer-obsessed, and excited to work with a small yet dynamic team. The role requires a good understanding of group disability contract language and the impact various sources of income have on disability benefits. Strong mathematical and negotiation skills are required.Position ResponsibilitiesCalculate and code offsets and the adjusted LTD benefit in Navigator.Inform Plan Member of the overpayment amount with clear explanations both verbally and in writing.Follow up with Plan Member for reimbursement of overpayment and negotiate an acceptable repayment plan when necessary.Proceed with claim recoveries in Navigator.Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
