We are currently hiring an Associate Product Manager, Marketplacesbased in ourHead Officein Burnaby.As the Associate Product Manager, Marketplaces at BCAA,youwill provide direct support to theProductManager and assume a pivotal position in offering strategic and indirect support to the entire Marketplace team.The Associate Product Managerwill be responsible for supporting seamless product launches and enhancements, optimizing user experience, and helping the business unit achieve its product goals and KPIs.Who you are:You’rean effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels across the organization. You are strategic and data-oriented, skilled at turning insights and trends into actionable product requirements.Youdemonstratestrong analytical and organizational skills and can juggle multiple and competing priorities. You’rethe kind of person who is equally successful working independently and as part of a team to complete tasks from start to finish.You thrive in a collaborative, startup-style environment, working cross-functionally to support both product growth and operational efficiency.You have anunderstanding ofproduct management,product-marketfit, and go-to-market programs.Whatyou’lldo:Collaborate with marketplace stakeholders.Communicate findings on product performance from troubleshooting and analysis.Using data, proactivelyidentifyareas for product improvement.Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and gather customer feedback for valuable insights.Support Marketplace product launches and enhancements by coordinating activities and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.Conduct user testingand become a subject matter expert for internal and externalstakeholders.Interact with third party vendors todeliver customer excellence.What you bring:Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration, Operations or related field.Minimum 2 - 4years' experiencein business administration or process improvement, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Bonus Skills and Experience:Digital products/SaaS experience.Marketplaceindustry experience.Process optimization experience.UX/ CX design experience.Priorworkin product, CS, design, operations, or data.
