Reporting to the Director, you’ll have the freedom to shape operations, build a strong team, and lead a mandate to triple the group’s size over the next five years. You’re collaborative, solution-focused, and committed to learning, leadership, and respectful teamwork. Bachelor’s in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering Eng. in Ontario (or eligible) 8+ years in geotechnical consulting with leadership experience Strong business acumen and client management skills Proficiency in geotechnical modeling tools A growth mindset and passion for team development For Current Employees Current employees are encouraged to speak with their HR Advisor for information on the application process.
