Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to find a driven individual ready to step into an Jr. Technical Sales role. This is an opportunity for someone with a mechanical mindset early in their career looking to establish and develop business relationships with key clients across North America. Health and Dental Benefits Employee Profit Sharing Pension Travel North America Rate of pay will be $60–$70K/year depending on experience Travel 50% of the time within North America Hours & Compensation: Rate of pay will be $60–$70K/year depending on experience Travel 50% of the time within North America Position Summary: Visit client facilities and assess client needs for quotes and estimations Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet client goalsAttend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as a company representative Maintain accurate records for contacts, opportunities, and next steps Work as the primary point of contact for clients through North America and build long-term relationships Identify opportunities to pursue – including the development of sales plans Complete reports for sales performances and market trends Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Well-suited for mechanically minded individuals beginning their careers in engineering or technical fields Ability to read blueprints and drawings Collaborative mindset - including the ability to work directly with clients Multitasking abilities - oversee a variety of estimations Strong verbal and written communication skills Must reside or be willing to relocate to Lethbridge, Alberta area A valid passport is required Bonus Points For: EIT Certification Right People.
