Health and Dental Benefits Employee Profit Sharing Pension Travel North America Rate of pay will be $60–$70K/year depending on experience Travel 50% of the time within North America Hours & Compensation: Rate of pay will be $60–$70K/year depending on experience Travel 50% of the time within North America Position Summary: Visit client facilities and assess client needs for quotes and estimations Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet client goalsAttend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as a company representative Maintain accurate records for contacts, opportunities, and next steps Work as the primary point of contact for clients through North America and build long-term relationships Identify opportunities to pursue – including the development of sales plans Complete reports for sales performances and market trends Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Well-suited for mechanically minded individuals beginning their careers in engineering or technical fields Ability to read blueprints and drawings Collaborative mindset - including the ability to work directly with clients Multitasking abilities - oversee a variety of estimations Strong verbal and written communication skills Must reside or be willing to relocate to Lethbridge, Alberta area A valid passport is required Bonus Points For: EIT Certification Right People.
