OverviewDeputy Home Manager - Children and Young PeopleLocation: SudburySalary: From £33,664 per annum plus additional sleep-in rate of £62.64 per nightFull UK driving licence and access to own vehicle are essentialHours: Full-time, including long day shifts and sleep-insAbout the RoleI am recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of residential care for children and young people who is seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join their well-established team in Sudbury.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker or current Deputy Manager who is looking for their next career move within a supportive and progressive environment.As Deputy Manager, you will play a key leadership role within a welcoming and knowledgeable team, working collaboratively across a small region of children's homes.
