Join our hospice retail team as a Deputy Shop Manager , supporting our charity shops across Cornwall. You’ll step into different stores throughout the week – helping to lead, inspire, and support our incredible teams of volunteers – while raising vital funds for local hospice care. From picturesque coastal towns to busy high streets and rural communities, each location brings something new. You’ll meet and work alongside adiverse mix of people – from passionate volunteers and loyal local shoppers to visiting tourists and cruise ship day-trippers. And withno two days the same , this is the perfect role for someone who loves a challenge and thrives on human connection. What you’ll do: Support the running of shops across Cornwall – stepping in where needed Lead and motivate our volunteer teams in different locations Deliver excellent customer service with heart and warmth Embrace the challenges of new environments and different shop styles Champion inclusive volunteering and help people from all backgrounds feel valued Make each shop visit count by boosting sales, morale, and community engagement
