*Responsibilities *

* Oversee Account Executive sales processes and performance and assist in training new team members
* Motivate, support, and monitor the performance of all team members including individual check-ins, team training, goal reviews, and preparation of reports and forecasts.

*Qualifications *
* Proven leadership or management experience within the automotive industry
* Highly organized
* Energetic personality with exceptional closing abilities
* Able to work some weeknights and Saturdays
* Strong customer service mindset with exceptional listening, communication, and computer skills
* Gregarious and positive attitude with a professional demeanor and appearance
* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
