Our client, a leading Real Estate Investment and Management firm is looking to hire a Property Finance Supervisor to join their team in downtown Vancouver.

About the Role
 Reporting directly to the Controller, the Property Finance Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Property Finance Assistant group to ensure efficient banking reconciliation functions for managed properties. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking the timely and accurate completion and filing of the monthly bank reconciliations, maintaining procedural documentation, executing wire and account transfers, assisting in maintaining the master bank account listing, managing centralized filing systems, and handling other ad-hoc projects as needed.

What You Bring
 To excel in this role, you should hold a university degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance Management, along with over 2 years of experience in treasury or banking administration, including proven supervisory experience. Additionally, you will need excellent communication skills and strong relationship-building abilities. Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills are required, as well as the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressure. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook required. Nice to have working knowledge of Yardi.
