**Position Type**
- Permanent full-time, 40 hrs/wk
- 8 hr/shift
- May require some evening and weekend work (shift premium paid for after-hour work)
- $22.55-$25.00 per hour

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the graffiti removal operations, managing a team of associates, and ensuring the efficient and effective removal of graffiti from various surfaces. Your expertise in graffiti removal techniques, strong leadership abilities, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service will be key to the success of our team.

**Key Areas of Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of graffiti removal associates, providing guidance, training, and support in performing graffiti removal tasks
- Assess different surfaces and determine the most suitable graffiti removal methods, techniques, and equipment
- Coordinate and schedule graffiti removal services, ensuring timely response to service requests and efficient deployment of resources
- Monitor and maintain inventory of graffiti removal supplies, equipment, and cleaning products, and ensure their availability and proper functioning.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the effectiveness of graffiti removal efforts and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on graffiti removal activities, including service statistics, customer feedback, and budget expenditures.
- Actively identify and pursue opportunities to develop new client relationships for graffiti removal services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and adapt strategies to effectively address the evolving needs and expectations of clients
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address specific requirements or concerns and maintain positive relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in graffiti removal to continuously improve services and efficiency
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a strong work ethic among the graffiti removal team
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring the proper use, storage, and disposal of chemicals and waste materials
- Other duties as assigned by the Property Maintenance Coordinator

**Requirements**:

- Class 5 Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract
- Willing to complete a Background Check
