Our projects are demanding and being physically fit is required, as is the ability to work 10–12-hour shifts. Must be willing to take direction but also be able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have civil construction experience and be highly adaptable in a demanding environment. Successful candidates will be able to provide their own transportation to and from the site &/or designated marshaling point.ExpectationsWillingness to perform and complete tasks as instructed on an as-needed basis.Ability to collaborate and work well with a team.Valid OFA3 would be an asset.Must be willing to do shift work.Background and heavy civil experience an asset.Class 5 driver’s license is required.Employment for this position may be contingent upon successful drug screening mandated by project requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
