Team & Culture

The successful candidate will be someone comfortable with a fast pace & dynamic environment. They will be able to adapt well under pressure, be self motivated and take direction well. As a coordinator this person will work collaboratively with all departments on site and at the corporate head office. Being a team player and having strong communication skills is a must. In addition to collaborating with large teams and multiple departments the successful candidate will be a strong problem solver willing to work in remote job sites throughout the British Columbia.

Expectations:

  • Coordinate the administrative needs of a project.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Maintaining project schedule and deliverables for PM and department managers on site.
  • Communicating key plans, risks, and addressing areas of concern with all key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently but take direction from multiple leadership roles.
  • Provide all reporting requirements to multiple departments and corporate head office.
  • Maintaining relationships with all departments and showing strong communication skills.
  • Creative problem solver
  • Willing to work in camp throughout the Province of B.C./Yukon Territory.

Qualifications

  • Advanced understanding and command of MS Office
  • Able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication
  • Understanding of cost control in Civil Construction site
  • Civil Construction experience an asset
  • Class 5 Drivers Licence
