For more information, please visit www.sunocolp.com .A place where you can take your career in the direction you want to grow and goThe Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced MCM/SCCM administrator with a focus on the future, particularly in newly emerging technologies that will help transform the delivery of services within the Client Management area of responsibility. The Sr. Specialist position is a hands-on technical role within the Client Management team. Qualified candidates will make an immediate impact by leveraging existing solution sets and collaborating closely with team members, other IT groups, and customers. They will develop well-structured, robust implementation plans that minimize risk and service disruption, while meeting aggressive timelines.Responsibilities:Microsoft Configuration Manager MCM/SCCM Administration and managing the Infrastructure, including site system roles and Distribution Points. Responsibilities include integration with Azure Cloud Services, such as Azure AD, Co-management, and Cloud Management Gateway to manage internet-connected devices.Managing mobile devices across multiple divisions using Microsoft Intune, Airwatch/WorkspaceONE, and IBM MaaS360. Responsibilities include overseeing fully managed devices, kiosk-mode devices, implementing Mobile Application Management (MAM), and deploying applications to mobile endpoints.Managing endpoint clients using Tanium for application deployments, patch management, and compliance reporting.Package and deploy client applications using PowerShell App Deploy Toolkit (PSADT) and tools such as AdminStudio, Wise, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM).Perform Operating System Deployment (OSD) and imaging of client computers using MCM/SCCM Task Sequences.Upgrade Windows 10/11 operating systems to the latest versions through Task Sequences and Feature Updates.Managing Windows Autopilot deployments and coordinating with vendors such as HP for device enrollment. Responsibilities include creating Intune applications in Win32 format to deploy standard core applications and configurations to Autopilot devices.Develop and maintain advanced Windows PowerShell scripts for automating tasks and optimizing processes.Troubleshoot all aspects of Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM), including client devices, supported servers, logs, SQL databases, distribution points, role servers, and the Primary Site server.Engineer enterprise-level solutions for Configuration Manager, covering OS deployment, servicing, patching, replication, SQL queries, inventory, reporting, software metering, and power management.Manage local workstation administrative rights and privilege elevation using tools such as Microsoft LAPS and BeyondTrust Privilege Management.Maintain and deploy Group Policy Objects (GPOs) across multiple domains to manage configurations and enforce policies affecting client machines and end users.Manage and support mobile devices, tablets, and rugged notebooks using Microsoft Intune.Deliver desktop, laptop, and mobile solutions for both office and field environments, ensuring compatibility with real-time applications for pipeline measurement and management. Tier 3 ServiceNow incident tickets escalated from the Service Desk and local IT Client/Field Support.Perform monthly patching of client machines with Microsoft Security updates and third-party applications (e.g., Chrome, Edge).Maintain System Center Endpoint Protection (SCEP) and ensure antivirus definitions and signatures are up to date.Troubleshoot and remediate issues related to MCM/SCCM clients and SCEP clients.Backup and restore local client data using Veeam Backup and Druva solutions.Configure and manage remote support tools and standards, including Dameware and BeyondTrust Remote Support (Bomgar).Upgrade and maintain tools and Infrastructure necessary to deliver endpoint management services.Manage project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.Plan and test disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.Education:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldRequirements:The ideal candidate must have 5-8 years of experience with the latest version of Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM) and related technologies.Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.The candidate must be able to work under strict deadlines and handle fast-paced, high-priority projects, including those with quick turnaround times, such as mergers and acquisitions.Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude all the time.Strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.Humble.
