**Overview**

We want to take our Client Experience to the next level. This role encompasses the ongoing relationship management for our existing boutique clients, including booking/scheduling, event planning, and an outstanding level of client communication. We would also love this role to spearhead and manage our marketing and social media initiatives.

This role also encompasses the on-boarding of new clients to our practice, including progress tracking, assistance with questions and concerns that arise, and overall contact management from our initial meetings with new clients through to plan fulfilment.

**Requirements**:

- An eagerness and willingness to take initiative and work independently.
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, with a preference to past experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for improving client satisfaction.
- Experience working with close-knit/cross-functional teams and fostering a positive work environment.
- A strong desire to go above and beyond for the client - we want our clients to be wowed, and to know there’s no better firm for them.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall client experience.

We value past financial services experience, though it is not a necessity. This is a role that will require a willingness to learn, with the potential for added responsibilities with respect to client management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
