This is a front-facing position where you’ll be welcoming families, assisting students as they transition to and from their sessions, and providing light supervision as needed. Responsibilities Greet families and answer the door as they arrive Direct students to their assigned classrooms and tutors Guide parents to the waiting area if they choose to stay onsite Provide light supervision while students wait to be picked up after their sessions Support the overall flow of the tutoring space to ensure a safe, welcoming environment Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For Friendly, approachable, and confident in welcoming families Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable interacting with children, parents, and staff Organized and proactive in offering assistance Why This Role Matters Your presence helps create a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for families and students.
