What you’ll be doingAs an Assistant Coach / Athlete Buddy, you will lead with certified coaches and support a team of dedicated volunteers, providing personalized, one‑on‑one attention tailored to each athlete’s unique needs. Using developmentally appropriate activities and FUNdamental soccer skills, you will ensure that every participant can enjoy the game at their own pace while gaining confidence and a sense of belonging. In addition, you will emphasize the development of important social skills—encouraging teamwork, communication, and friendship—in a welcoming, accessible setting. RequirementsNo specific requirements. We encourage you to share your interest—you may still be a fit for a different opportunity with our organization. QualificationsASAP availability. Open to individuals, couples, college/university placement, mandated community service/court referrals, corporate volunteering, family/group, and 40‑hour high school program projects.
