- Create a sales enablement communication strategy that considers the various partners at Dayforce and the type of content that is relevant for them (e.g., publicly available information on Dayforce versus a product deep dive).
- Work with all the teams that communicate with partners to evaluate impact, timing, and relevance of the communication being sent to partners for the purpose of creating a more programmatic communication strategy.
- Develop a communication plan internally that provides the company with relevant information about partners, including new partner announcements, win stories, partner metrics, etc.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs while identifying areas for improvement and highlighting success stories.

Skills and experience we value:
- 15+ years in a sales enablement role with at least 10 of those years in a partner sales enablement role.
- At least 5+ years managing a partner sales enablement team.

- Strong product, competitive, and business acumen, including strategy, planning, complex problem-solving, financial ROI, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and provide concise communication and escalation throughout.
What would make you really stand out?
