As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of multiple construction projects at various stages of completion in our Glazing division. This position supports the project team through effective coordination and management of assigned subcomponents within the overall project. What You’ll Do Coordinate daily activities and communication between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants Maintain and track project schedules, progress updates, and key deliverables Assist with preparing shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and close-out documents Support the preparation of submittals, warranties, schedules, and safety documentation Help develop and maintain logistical plans, workflows, and job site coordination Attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings Track and update coordination reports, work plans, and documentation as needed Ensure that materials and resources are scheduled and delivered on time What You Bring to the Team Minimum 3 years of experience working with strong exposure to curtainwall, window wall, structural glazing, canopies, windows, doors, and railing systems Education in a diploma program such as Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or building science program is an asset Hands‑on installation experience is an asset, especially in fast‑turnaround commercial projects Experience in AutoCAD, MS office, Bluebeam or other estimating and take off programs Strong organizational and communication skills Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Self‑starter with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Role Snapshot Location: Head Office – 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON Type: Full‑Time, Onsite Hours of Work: M‑F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (based on experience) Reports To: Glazing Manager Vacancy Reason: New Position Number of Positions: 1 Why Join Bothwell‑Accurate Real opportunities to grow and advance A team that supports you like family Competitive benefits that grow with you Bi‑weekly pay you can count on Work on high‑profile, high‑impact projects Where your work shapes skylines, and your growth shapes your career.
