Senior Advisor, Business Strategies Desjardins is looking for a Senior Advisor, Business Strategies to lead and influence high‑impact strategic initiatives across multiple sectors. Responsibilities As a senior business strategy advisor, you will: Develop and monitor business plans and performance, setting targets and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. Design and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with the organization’s architecture, including transformation initiatives. Advise clients and partners to position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects. Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs that support unit‑level strategic projects. Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues, making recommendations to decision‑making bodies. Represent Desjardins and your unit when engaging external partners, negotiating agreements, and presenting to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum of eight years of relevant experience. Fluency in French; English language experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, operational and conceptual projects. Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to influence cross‑functional stakeholders. What We Offer Competitive salary and annual bonus. Four weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year.
