It is one of the most exciting times to join the Subway team and contribute to our transformational journey.About the Role:The Office Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth operations within the office. The Office Operations Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining relationships with building management, ensuring adherence to workplace health and safety regulations, coordinating office events and being a central point of contact for employees with office-related questions.Responsibilities:General office administration to include greeting/supporting guests, sourcing service providers, working with Technology to support office AV and network, assisting with local onboarding of new employees, maintaining supplies/inventory, coordinating office events, overseeing equipment and facility maintenance and managing mailing/shipping.Provide Executive level support to the Managing Director by organizing travel, managing diaries, preparing correspondence and liaising with stakeholders to ensure that meetings/events are executed well.Oversee the office budget and ensure all entries are up to date and flag any key areas of risk or concern to the relevant budget holder. Accountable for invoice payable process by coordinating with relevant budget owner, entering invoices for payment, tracking payment deadlines, and following up outstanding matters. Also includes banking and office purchases.Oversee workplace health, safety for the office, including keeping account of mandatory training (such as First Aid and fire evacuation training).Support special projects for the region as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years of experience managing LMS platforms.Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative position.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Foundational knowledge of local regulations and accurate sources.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Problem-solving, solutions focused mindset.Flexibility to adapt to situations and pivot tasks as priorities determine.What do we Offer?Pension/401K/RSP (country specific)Competitive BonusTuition ReimbursementCompany HolidaysVolunteering timeAnd Many More…Actual pay is determined based on several job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, qualifications, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
