Having proven its effectiveness, we are expanding to more locations, and we need your expertise to ensure the right families are informed first.What You Will Be DoingForge and nurture strategic alliances with local entities that engage Alpha’s target families.Provide partners with the necessary messaging, materials, and support to execute successful local campaigns.Gather and evaluate leads generated by partners, log details in the CRM, and seamlessly transfer them to the admissions team.Employ AI tools to enhance outreach efficiency, schedule follow-ups, monitor partner interactions, and keep CRM records current.Revise internal SOPs, playbooks, and FAQs to incorporate new insights from the field.What You Won’t Be DoingParticipating solely in strategy meetings — this is a proactive, action-oriented role.Traveling or engaging in on-site activities — all partner engagement and activation are conducted remotely.Handling ongoing family relations or enrollment processes — that responsibility lies with admissions.Relying on marketing to create buzz — you are the driving force behind local awareness and demand.Community Partnerships Lead Key ResponsibilitiesIncrease top-of-funnel awareness and generate qualified leads for new Alpha campuses through remote, partner-led community outreach.Basic Requirements3+ years in roles focused on community partnerships, grassroots outreach, or local relationship-building.Demonstrated ability to manage the entire pipeline from outreach to conversion independently.Proven success working with high-trust audiences, like high-net-worth families and executive stakeholders.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and adeptness in using AI for workflow optimization.Willingness to adjust working hours for partner events or deadlines, including some evenings and weekends.Must reside in the U.S. or Canada and be authorized to work without sponsorship.About AlphaAlpha School is on a mission to reshape education with a bold approach that harnesses AI to accelerate learning and unleash student potential.
