Community Partnerships Lead, Alpha (Remote) Salary: $100,000/year USD. Remote full‑time contractor via Crossover. Alpha School is a mission‑driven organization reshaping education with AI‑driven, personalized learning. We are seeking a Community Partnerships Lead to orchestrate the launch of technology‑driven schools through authentic community connections. What You’ll Do Establish and nurture strategic alliances with local organizations that influence Alpha’s target demographic. Provide partners with compelling content, resources, and campaign support to execute high‑impact local initiatives. Process and qualify partner‑generated prospects, record relevant data in the CRM, and hand off qualified leads to admissions. Implement AI solutions to optimize outreach, automate follow‑up communications, monitor partner engagement, and maintain precise CRM documentation. Enhance internal SOPs, strategy documents, and FAQs to incorporate latest field insights. What You Won’t Be Doing Participating in theoretical planning sessions – focus is on practical implementation. Conducting on‑site visits or in‑person work – all partner coordination is remote. Managing ongoing family relationships or enrollment processes – that’s the admissions team. Relying on marketing initiatives – you’ll generate local interest and demand directly. Key Responsibilities Generate initial awareness and qualified prospect acquisition for new Alpha locations through remote partner‑orchestrated community outreach strategies. Basic Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in community partnerships, grassroots campaigns, or local relationship development roles. Proven ability to independently manage a complete pipeline from initial contact through follow‑up to conversion. Success working with discerning audiences such as high‑net‑worth families or executive decision‑makers. Skill with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and ability to implement AI to enhance workflow productivity. Willingness to adjust schedule for partner events or project deadlines (occasional evenings/weekends). Must reside in the United States or Canada with authorization to work without sponsorship.
