You’ll be the go-to expert for both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service and driving revenue. What You’ll Do: Develop new business and generate job orders Source and manage top-tier candidates Present your most placeable candidates to employers Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to placement Collaborate with peers and contribute to a culture of excellence What You Bring: 1+ year of B2B sales experience (or 3+ years B2C) Strong communication and relationship‑building skills A results‑driven mindset and high sense of urgency A passion for recruitment and helping people succeed Ready to build something great with us?
