On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (E/F) Recruiter & Sourcing Specialist - Commercial Banking for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client's Toronto office.

Bilingual (E/F) Recruiter & Sourcing Specialist - Commercial Banking - Job Description:

This role involves sourcing and recruiting bilingual candidates for commercial banking positions across Canada. The project focuses on building and maintaining a proactive candidate pipeline and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Bilingual (E/F) Recruiter & Sourcing Specialist - Commercial Banking - Responsibilities:


• Partner with key stakeholders to source and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline.


• Work closely with business partners to ensure a positive candidate experience.


• Deliver recruitment services and manage relationships with senior leaders.


• Source, screen, and assess talent and provide recommendations to managers.


• Provide consultative support in a coaching and advisory capacity to management.

Bilingual (E/F) Recruiter & Sourcing Specialist - Commercial Banking - Mandatory Skills:


• Bilingualism (English and French) required.


• 3 years' full life-cycle recruitment experience.


• Commercial banking services industry recruitment experience.


• Strong client service orientation and results-oriented mindset.


• Experience with e-Recruitment tools and behavioral-based interviews.


• Strong sourcing, networking, and lead generation skills.


• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.

Bilingual (E/F) Recruiter & Sourcing Specialist - Commercial Banking – Nice-to-Have Skills:


• Workday experience.


• Phenom experience.


• MS Office proficiency.

Bilingual (E/F) Recruiter & Sourcing Specialist - Commercial Banking – Assignment Length:

This is a 12-month contract position, with the possibility of extension.
