The role involves managing technical hiring activities, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver qualified talent within defined timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the complete technical recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality hiring for consulting engagementsCollaborate with account managers, sales teams, and hiring managers to understand role requirementsSource candidates through , job portals, referrals, and networking channelsScreen resumes and conduct initial interviewsCoordinate and schedule technical and client interviewsManage candidate communication, feedback, and follow-upsSupport offer discussions and joining formalitiesMaintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelinesRequired Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment within IT services or consulting firmsStrong understanding of IT technologies and skill setsHands-on experience with recruitment portals such as , Dice, Indeed, etc.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environmentGood to HaveExposure to different staffing or engagement modelsExposure to HR administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboardingFamiliarity with ATS or recruitment management tools
