Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience supporting IT services and consulting organizations. The role involves managing technical hiring activities, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver qualified talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the complete technical recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality hiring for consulting engagements
- Collaborate with account managers, sales teams, and hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule technical and client interviews
- Manage candidate communication, feedback, and follow-ups
- Support offer discussions and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment within IT services or consulting firms
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and skill sets
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Exposure to different staffing or engagement models
- Exposure to HR administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment management tools
