Records Admin Coordinator

About the Role As a CBRE Records Administrative Coordinator, you will perform technical, clerical and administrative support functions related to records creation, retention, retrieval and storage. This role is part of the Office Operations function and provides office support to clients, business functions or individuals. What You'll Do Sort and classify information according to guidelines such as content, purpose, user criteria, or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order. Add new material to file records or create new files, as necessary. Find and retrieve information from files in response to requests from authorized users, keeping records of materials filed or removed using logbooks or computers. Use appropriate technology to image and index documents for storage on imaging or document storage platforms. Verify quality and accuracy of scanned images and coordinate imaging services provided by third parties. Maintain inventory of onsite and offsite records in compliance with business requirements. Oversee document management responsibilities pertaining to high‑profile clients. Assist the manager with inspecting and streamlining processes related to document creation, use, storage and retrieval. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while exercising limited discretion. Deliver output following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job‑related experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Basic math skills, including simple calculations such as percentages, discounts and markups. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $43,000 to $47,860 annually.
